All orders for Knud Danielsen ApS will be automatically confirmed by email. If the ordered products are sold out or back-ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. If products are sold out or back-ordered, Knud Danielsen ApS reserves the right to delete the items from your order and reduce the payment amount accordingly or cancel the entire order. We cannot add extra items to your order and increase the payment amount. If you want to order more goods, you must place a new order.
Knud Danielsen PLC accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and JCB. Payment will be debited to your account once the order has been shipped.
All amounts in DKK apply to Denmark, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Sweden and Norway.
Amounts in Euro apply to the rest of the world. All amounts are excluding VAT.
Knud Danielsen ApS use an approved payment server which encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read. The delivered products remain our property until the full purchase price has been paid in full.
Please note that we only do business with registered companies. We do not do business with private individuals.
Companies outside the European Union require an approved import permit in their own country that applies to piano components. If there is no approved import permit and the delivery is stopped during customs clearance and returned to Knud Danielsen ApS, then all return costs and new delivery costs will be charged to the recipient (customer).
Knud Danielsen ApS deliver on all weekdays Knud Danielsen ApS collaborate closely with Leman Transport for package management and small deliveries, who use recognized suppliers such as GLS, UPS, TNT and FEDEX. For larger deliveries we use freight forwarders such as Leman Transport and Spedition Schenker.
Due to this large network of international freight forwarders, Knud Danielsen ApS can offer lucrative freight rates for most of the world. Shipping rates are calculated from the weight and volume. If no freight collection appears on payment or on your order confirmation, you will be contacted by Knud Danielsen ApS.
Knud Danielsen ApS will evaluate the packaging options for each shipment so each order has the optimal conditions for arriving safely and undamaged.
Knud Danielsen ApS takes no responsibility for damage to the shipment caused during the carrier's custody. Therefore it is important that visibly damaged packages are received with written notes from the freight forwarder. These reservations must be noted on the waybill while the freight forwarder is still present. If an accident occurs and a shipment is damaged, this must be reported to Knud Danielsen ApS immediately after arrival.
If we receive documents such as digital images and a description of the injury, this will facilitate investigations. Knud Danielsen ApS will then contact the respective forwarder.
By acknowledging the receipt of the order on the waybill with no notes or remarks, you are confirming that the order has been received with no visible damage, and the carrier is then exempt from liability. In this case, Knud Danielsen ApS is not liable to pay any compensation.
Complaints in case of missing products upon delivery or defective products received, must be submitted in writing and received by Knud Danielsen ApS, no later than 8 days after receipt of delivery.
2 years’ warranty are provided under the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.
The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.
Knud Danielsen ApS will cover return costs as agreed and to a reasonable extent.
The goods must be returned packaged so they arrive without further damage. If the product itself has original packaging, this must also be returned.
Knud Danielsen ApS only take responsibility for the product when it is received at the address below.
